Class Description

Do you dream of fitness that is more a spa experience you look forward to than dreaded exercise? Check out the new wave in health and fun that unleashes energy and fitness! Bolly refers to the Bollywood (Mumbai, India) film industry. BollyFit combines elements from Indian "film dances" with classical (Bharat Natyam) and folk (Bhangra) styles in a dynamic, aerobic dance workout. It's Fitness that's Fun! No dance experience necessary so mark your calendar and join us!
